Free Shipping on Most Orders (Contiguous U.S.)
We proudly offer free shipping to most addresses within the contiguous United States. Due to carrier surcharges, additional shipping fees may apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and remote/rural locations. Any applicable charges will be shown at checkout before you place your order.
Oversized & Freight Deliveries
Many outdoor living products (e.g., fire pits, wine fridges, outdoor kitchens) ship via LTL freight:

Curbside delivery with appointment (carrier will contact you).

Signature may be required.

On arrival, inspect the shipment. If damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and take photos before signing; contact us within 48 hours.
Double-Check Your Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Maison Verve is not responsible for lost or stolen packages resulting from incorrect or outdated addresses. Orders shipped to an incorrect address will not be replaced unless the error was on our end.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed and handed to our logistics partners within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Estimated Delivery Time

Parcel items (contiguous U.S.): typically 3–8 business days after dispatch.

Freight/LTL items: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Timelines are estimates and may vary by destination, weather, carrier capacity, or peak seasons. Deliveries to AK/HI/territories may take longer.
Shipping Delays & Refunds
Once a carrier picks up your order, they control the delivery process. Maison Verve isn’t liable for carrier delays and does not issue refunds for delays beyond our control. Delivery windows are estimates only.
Split Shipments
To speed things up, items in the same order may ship separately with different tracking numbers.
International Orders, Customs & Duties
If we ship outside the U.S., buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and import fees. Customs inspections may cause delays that are outside our control.
